Subject Regarding Installation/working of generator sets.

An estimate for running of Generator set in Mini Sectt. Gurgaon has been received through Commissioner Gurgaon Division. The running charges of generator are to be borne by the user deptt. and PWD B&R deptt. has nothing to do \with this type of expenditure. You are requested not to frame such type of estimates in future. In case there is any direction from the District Administration, such matters should be brought to the notice of this office so that matter may be taken up at the Govt. level.
