Clubbing of road works-deployment of SDE/ JEs.

It is brought out that in a meeting with Haryana Hot Mix Plant Contractors Association, it has been decided that various works of roads be so clubbed while inviting tenders that the repair of road works in one contract is handled by not more than one Sub Divisional Engineer and three Junior Engineers. In view of above decision, you are requested to take further action accordingly.
These instructions may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
